Finishing a Snooker Cue – Sanding Process
This video gives you a snapshot into how to sand your cue ready for the oiling process. Obviously this is easier to do on a sanding lathe but this is to help the players doing their cue at home.
Making sure you are sanding the cue evenly is probably one of the most important aspects and using the right sanding papers so’s not to damage the cue and take too much wood off!
Although not comprehensive, the video should give you a decent start to thinking about how to approach the sanding process if you are thinking about re-finishing your cue.
