58 Black Foxwood Snooker Cue – Snooker Crazy Thai Cue Range
The shaft ash is carefully selected for strength and straightness before being chosen for the final cue making process. Ebony is cut to shape and then hand spliced to the ash shaft. A Foxwood front splice has been carefully added to the butt of this cue for additional decoration.
Once the final tapering has been achieved, numerous sanding processes are undertaken to achieve that great ‘silky smooth’ finish we all strive for. This cue has been finished using our new oil and wax mixture for that super smooth finish.
Understanding the requirements nowadays for cue extensions, we have ensured that a Spiroloc (small) joint has been fitted to all our range in case a mini butt or telescopic extensions are required now or into the future. Our Spioloc extensions are a high quality product and can be purchased separately on our website if required. The Spioloc (small) cue joint has been chosen for it’s quick action ability when in between shots – See Spiroloc Cue Extensions.
Once the first stage of the cue has been completed in Thailand, it is shipped in a solid container to the UK.
Here in the UK, the cue then undergoes many stages of finishing to get that great smooth finish we all look for when playing on the green baize.
Tip
We have tried many tips for our cues but have settled on the Grand Soft tip which is easy to shape and very consistent. We don’t just glue a cheap tip on and send it on it’s way, we wanted to give you an opportunity to try a tip you can shape if you wish.
This snooker cue features a solid brass ferrule and 9.75mm tip.
