Peradon Ascot Snooker Cue. This full size, 58 inch, ¾ jointed cue is crafted by Peradon in England from the highest grade, kiln dried, North American Ash and genuine Ebony.
For the cue shaft, the ash is carefully selected for strength and straightness before the finest, genuine Ebony butt timber is machine spliced to the cue.
Over time, the cue is shaped in order to reduce stress to the timbers, it then receives it’s final tapering prior to finishing. The cue then receives the numerous sanding and finishing processes to achieve that ‘silky smooth’ finish.
Peradon Ascot Snooker Cue – Joint Manufacture and Specifications
This great cue has a ‘quick action’ joint to eliminate any problems. The joint is precision turned from a single piece of solid brass and fitted 12″ from the butt end. This jointing gives the shaft length of 46″ and an overall cue length of 58″.
The cue butt is finished with a Peradon Ascot name plate and ‘quick action’ butt end joint. This joint will accept the optional Peradon extensions from the snooker crazy website.
Extensions may be fitted into either the ¾ joint in the cue or into the butt end joint.
This cue features a solid brass ferrule and 10mm Elkmaster tip which is one of the most popular tips in the world.
Due to the quantity of Peradon cues well sell, this will not be the actual cue when looking at shaft patterns etc. The measurements and tip size etc will although be correct.
