Thai Cue Range – Majestic Cue 18
The shaft ash is carefully selected for strength and straightness before being chosen for the final cue making process. The Exotic butt woods are cut to shape and then hand spliced to the ash shaft.
Once the final tapering has been achieved, numerous sanding processes are undertaken to achieve that great ‘silky smooth’ finish we all strive for.
Understanding the requirements nowadays for cue extensions, we have ensured that a Spiroloc (small) joint has been fitted to all our range in case a mini butt or telescopic extensions are required now or into the future. Our Spioloc extensions are a high quality product and can be purchased separately on our website if required. The Spioloc (small) cue joint has been chosen for it’s quick action ability when in between shots – See Spiroloc Cue Extensions.
Once the first stage of the cue has been completed in Thailand, the cue is then shipped in a solid container to the UK.
Here in the UK, the cue then undergoes many stages of sealing, oiling or waxing and finishing to get that great smooth finish we all look for when playing on the green baize.
We have tried many tips for our cues but have settled on the new Taylor Made medium tip which is now getting very popular. If you would like another tip then just let us know and we will ensure the cue is supplied with a standard tip that you can shape – see snooker cue tip shapes for ideas.
